All our watches are custom-made and hand-assembled. Once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure to confirm all details before finalizing your purchase.
2. Payments
We do not accept payments directly through the website. The Buy Now button will redirect you to WhatsApp, where our team will assist you with your order.
- Bank transfer is the primary payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only within the Muscat region.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- You can return a product within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns are only accepted if the product meets these conditions.
- No cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed.
4. Shipping
We offer Free Shipping across Oman & GCC.
- Oman: 1–2 business days
- GCC / Middle East: 2–3 business days
